Lilac is a cosy character cottage with the comforts of modern day living, it has an open plan lounge/diningroom/kitchen with comfortable furniture and a modern attractive white kitchen. The entrance lobby leads to the newly fitted toilet with vanitary unit. On the first floor an open plan double bedroom with ensuite shower and hand basin, the bedroom is decorated to compliment the beamed room with lilac toned furnishings and Art Nouveau dressing table. |

We like our guests to feel at home so we provide an abundance of pots, pans, crockery, cutlery and glasses, all linen including towels and tea towels, electricity and heating, a supply of environmentally friendly products and washing up liquid. Freeview TV and DVD player and internet access are all included in the hire fee. |
| Lilac cottage has a secluded out door seating area in a quite corner of the garden overlooking the beautiful cottage garden and bird feeders, an ideal spot for your evening glass of wine while watching our many feathered visitors to the garden. .Guests are invited to enjoy the beautiful cottage garden alongside which is the spacious sun deck with loungers and solar heated pool which is available from May to September. Please bring your own beach/pool towels The water supply to Lilac Cottage is from our spring, provides in our opinion the best tasting water in Devon! |
