Lettings are normally in Rose, Bluebell, Lilac, Jasmine and Honeysuckle Cottages
are from Saturday 3pm to the |

following Saturday 10am and Friday 3pm to Friday 10 am the folllowing Friday in Primrose Cottage. |

A Deposit of £125 per week or £75 for a short break is payable
at the time of booking. |
|
The balance is due six weeks prior to the
start of cottage let, if booking is less than six weeks prior the full amount |

is required at the time of booking. |
|
On cancellation of booking no money will be
refunded unless another letting is secured of the same value, any |
| |
fees incurred will be deducted. |
|
We recommend that holiday insurance is taken
out separately. |
|
The cottage, facilities and car park is for the parties stated on the
booking form only,they not transferable without |
| |
prior agreement by the management. |
|
The management are not responsible for personal
property including vehicles and contents. |
|
Dogs are not to be left unattended in the
cottages and are to be exercised off the premises. |
|
The cottages are to be left in a clean and
tidy condition and all breakages, loss or damage will be charged.. |
|
The garden is available for guests use, the pool will be available subject to owners discretion and weather |

conditions between May and September. |
|
Children must be supervised in the pool area by an adult at
all times. |
|
The management is relieved of all liability
should the cottage reserved not be available due to circumstances |
| |
beyond our control, also reserving the right
to decline accommodation or to expel any visitor for bad conduct |
| |
without compensation. |
|
The management reserve the right to decline
any booking without reason. |
|
All of the cottages are designated as non-smoking. |
|
A security deposit of £100 is payable on arrival, against loss or damage. |
