Lettings are normally in Rose, Bluebell, Lilac and Honeysuckle Cottages
are from Saturday 3pm to the following |

Saturday 10am and Friday 3pm to Friday 10am in Primrose Cottage. |

A Deposit of £125 per week is payable
at the time of booking. |

The balance is due six weeks prior to the
start of cottage let. |
|
On cancellation of a booking made directly with
us no money will be refunded unless another letting is secured of |

the same value, we will deduct any booking agents or admin fees incured. Online bookings
no deposit refund |

We recommend that holiday insurance is taken
out separately. |
|
The booking and use of the cottage and general facilities are for the parties stated on the
booking form and are |

not transferable without prior agreement by the
management. |

The management are not responsible for personal injury,personal
property including vehicles and contents. |
|
Dogs in Rose and Primrose Cottages only, they
are not to be left unattended in the cottages and are to be |
| |
exercised
off the premises Security deposits may be requested. |

The cottages are to be left in a clean and
tidy condition and all breakages, loss or damage paid for,. |
|
The pool is available for guests
Monday to Saturday from the end of May to mid September, subject to weather |
| |
and at the owners discretion.Children must be supervised by an adult at all times in the garden and pool area. |

The management is relieved of all liability
should the cottage reserved not be available due to circumstances
|
| |
beyond our control, also reserving the right
to decline accommodation or to expel any visitor for bad conduct |
| |
without compensation. |

The management reserve the right to decline
any booking without reason. |
|
All of the cottages are designated as non-smoking. |
|
Only cars owned by our guests are permitted in the
car park. |
|
A refundable security cheque of £100 is required
6 weeks prior to your holiday. |
